GENZZY Return & Refund Policy
At GENZZY, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the nature of perfume products, we maintain a limited return policy.
Return Window
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged
• Wrong item delivered
• Product leaked during transit
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for return:
• The product must be unused
• The product must be in original packaging
• Proof such as photos or videos may be required
Refund Process
Once the return is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The product has been used
• Request is made after 24 hours of delivery
• Damage caused after delivery
